We are currently reviewing evidence to develop recommendations to guide practice in areas including:

Prevention of iron deficiency anaemia
Screening for gestational diabetes
Screening for communicable infections (such as HIV, hepatitis B and C and syphilis)
Monitoring fetal growth, fetal anomalies, movement and heartrate
Sleep position for pregnant women
Smoking and vaping
Vitamin D and calcium
Interventions for postpartum pain
Discharge planning following birth
Family violence
Safe use of medicines
